Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
